If you own a concessions stand and enjoy working at various special events, you understand the value of having good resources for locating events. USCarnys.com seems to have a pretty good events section that may be of interest to you. Events are listed by state and then by date.
I looked through a couple of the state listings and there seems to be a decent amount of events shown along with good contact information. The only drawback is that most of the events shown are limited to fairs...there are no listings shown for arts and crafts festivals or music festivals. But, you may find an event that will work out well for your schedule, so I still encourage you to check it out. It's a good resource!

Hi! I am Sam Staffen creator of uscarnys.com . I noticed you made a statement about how uscarnys.com does not have many crafts shows and smaller events like that. uscarnys.com recently linked up with festivalnet.com and they allow all of uscarnys.com visitors to get a free peak of two months worth of their events. When you go to uscarnys.com click the events tab then choose your state you want to reference...then for more events, and definately more crafts show types, just click on the small video/slide show ad located near the top, on the right side, of each states' events page. when you click it it takes you to festivalnet.coms' identical state events page where festivalnet has allowed uscarnys.com visitors to look at the next two months in their site. Sounds like you have a good set up with them. A long time ago, I used Festivalnet.com to locate and secure several great arts and craft festivals. It's a good site and a great resource.
